Meetings of InterestOTS' Next Annual Meeting:October 28-31, 2012 Boston, MasachusettsJoin leading experts in the field during this three day meeting, which will feature the latest developments from various oligonucleotide-based disciplines including antisense, siRNA, immunomodulatory, aptamers and micro/non-coding RNA research. Registration will open by mid-March and more details posted soon. Please check back with us!
Other Meetings and Conferences:April 16-April 18 Join Industry and Global Regulatory Representatives to Discuss Advances in Oligonucleotide Science For the past four years DIA/FDA has convened industry and health authorities to inform, educate, and share advancements in oligonucleotide-based therapeutic product development. The 2012 event will continue to address bioinformatics, microRNAs, delivery methods, impurity issues, metabolism, non-clinical assessments in support of drug development and clinical advances in therapeutic targets, trial design and safety. This conference will also incorporate dialogue to address RNA interference technologies and expand clinical pharmacology representation in discussions of the emerging technologies being developed in the field of oligonucleotide-based therapeutics. FEATURED TOPICS: May 20-23, 2012 Oligonucleotide and Peptide Research, Technology and Product Development
May 29 - June 3, 2012 Organizers: Rachel Green Highlights of the Meeting:
August 5-9, 2012 Organizers: Masad J. Damha, McGill University Robert H.E. Hudson, University of Western Ontario Christopher J. Wilds, Concordia University The conference commences with an evening reception on August 5th on the McGill University Campus, and concludes with a memorable evening banquet in the heart of downtown Montreal. In between those festivities, we will have a strong and varied program of plenary sessions and contributed lectures. As in past International Roundtables (IRTs), poster presentations will form an important part of the scientific program; posters will be displayed all week and featured in two early evening sessions. We are delighted to be hosting the IRT for the first time in our beautiful city, almost 40 years after the initial IRT conference, held in Montpellier, France in 1974. Plenary lectures will be given by internationally recognized scientists, including the Montgomery and Imbach-Townsend Awardees. We will have a dynamic and engaging program with varied cutting edge research in medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, and molecular biology, as well as synthetic and therapeutic applications of nucleosides and oligonucleotides. We are confident that the IRT will be a stimulating and exciting meeting in the tradition of past IRT conferences. You will find the IRT to be conducive to scientific exchange and the city of Montreal to be an enjoyable, vibrant and stimulating location. Your participation in the conference is essential to the success of the event. The new IS3NA website will have all the information about the IRT, including registration and submission of abstracts.
